As much as I hate to admit it, it’s about that time again—time to start trading our flip-flops in for fuzzy socks, our fedoras for earmuffs and our sunglasses for a shovel. There are a number of ways that the winter can affect our hair negatively. Dryness, static and lack of body are just a few of the characteristics that many people complain about. But why? There are a variety of reasons as to why our hair goes through PMS during these ridiculously cold months, but the good news is that we can avoid winter hair blues by changing a few things in our normal hair routine.
